Work For All is seeking Waiter/ress A on behalf of luxury 5* hotel properties in Samos, operated by a large and established hotel group.

 

About the Hotel

The hotel group operates in Samos and manages 7 properties of various categories, with a total of approximately 600 accommodation units. With a workforce of over 400 employees, the group delivers modern and authentic hospitality experiences, placing strong emphasis on its people and the continuous enhancement of its services.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and escorting them to their table with professionalism and courtesy.
• Resenting the menu and offering personalized recommendations, taking into account allergies, intolerances, and special dietary requirements.
• Managing the guest’s order from order taking through to service.
• Complying with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
• Communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong guest-focused orientation.
