Work For All, on behalf of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Greece, is seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Shift Team Leader for one of its manufacturing plants located in Northern Greece.

 

Scope of the Role

As a Manufacturing Shift Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes through the effective training, management, and development of your team. You will ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with GMP standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Good Manufacturing and Documentation Principles in all areas of responsibility.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assign in-room tasks to manufacturing employees during each shift, ensuring that duties are matched to individual capabilities and qualifications.
• Lead, motivate, and support the manufacturing team to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor production performance and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.

 

Qualifications

• College degree preferred – B.Sc. in Pharmacy or a related field relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• 3–5 years of experience in a team leadership role within a manufacturing environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Hands-on experience with CIP/SIP, Filling, Manufacturing, and Autoclave operations.
• Technical skills of aseptic area operations
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
