Work For All is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Coordinator for a luxury hospitality property located in Ermioni, Peloponnese.

 

Scope of the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of all technical systems and facilities on the property.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical systems, panels, and individual controls.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Handle minor construction repairs, including painting and basic carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (pumps, drainages, toilets, connections, etc.).
• Adjust and repair doors, cabinets, and furniture as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with external contractors and report maintenance needs to management.

 

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician or certified professional in electrical systems.
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing and general maintenance.
• Prior experience with property management systems or facility operations.
• Ability to perform minor construction and painting tasks.
