Work For All is seeking Front Office Managers on behalf of luxury 5* hotel properties in Samos, operated by a large and established hotel group.
About the Hotel Group
The hotel group operates in Samos and manages 7 properties of various categories, with a total of approximately 600 accommodation units. With a workforce of over 400 employees, the group delivers modern and authentic hospitality experiences, placing strong emphasis on its people and the continuous enhancement of its services.
Scope of the role
The Front Office Manager is responsible for the overall organization, supervision, and smooth operation of the Front Office, ensuring high service standards and an exceptional guest experience. The position reports directly to the Hotel Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, services, and the features of each room category.
- Leading, training, and evaluating the Front Office team, aiming at continuous skill development and maintaining high service standards.
- Actively participating in all Front Office operations.
- Managing and resolving special guest requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and personalized service.
- Ensuring smooth and effective collaboration among Front Office team members and with other hotel departments, for consistent and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a similar role within a 5* hotel environment.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Experience with PMS systems. (preferably PYLON).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively solve problems while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
